Thursday morning, Farm House Cafe opened its doors to welcome friends, family, and all others in attendance to celebrate their grand opening. See video.

Around 10:30 AM, guests arrived at the Bartonsville location in anticipation of the Pocono Chamber of Commerce’s ribbon-cutting planned for 11:00 AM, giving them time to talk and get to know the staff and the owner of Farm House Cafe. Kristine Bush, Chief of Staff from Senator Mario Scavello’s office, awarded Farm House Cafe a Certificate of Recognition, commending them for their investment in the community and their strengthening of the local economy. “Your presence provides the highest quality of homemade, farm-to-table meals for residents and visitors alike,” said Bush. Erin DeRosa of State Representative Maureen Madden’s office also presented Farm House Cafe with a plaque in observance of its grand opening. Sharon Francis of Rosemary Browns’ office was also in attendance.

April Butler, the owner of Farm House Cafe, was thankful for the occasion, taking time to thank all in attendance, her team, friends, and family. “Without the team and the community coming together to support us, we wouldn’t even be in business,” said Butler. “I’m so happy to be able to be here for you guys. We wanted to open something for the locals, a lot of tourists come here, which is great too, but I really do this for you guys.” The ribbon was cut shortly after, allowing Farm House Cafe to formally celebrate its grand opening.
