Yes, the overall lifespan of the EV battery is definitely a concern too. Even if these batteries can last for many years, they will need to be replaced at some point. Batteries are filled with numerous dangerous chemicals that can damage the environment and are very expensive to replace. Both of which can be detractors for many.
