The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative is seeking community participation ahead of their “We Are One” fashion show/ fundraiser. Tickets are available to attend and applications are still being accepted for models and escorts who are interested in participating.
STROUDSBURG, PA | On Saturday, November 12, 2022, the Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative invites the community to attend and participate in an event that intends to shine a new light on Unity, Respect, and Empowerment.
This year, the Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative is placing a special focus on empowering women by breaking down barriers of hate, discrimination, and exclusion. Their We Are One: Empowerment through Unity Fundraiser and Fashion Show seeks to raise money for the continuance and expansion of their programs, which empowers, supports, uplifts, and provides a safe space for women from all walks of life while giving women of all backgrounds a chance to show up and show out. Tickets are now on sale for the “We Are One” Empowerment through Unity” Fundraiser and Fashion Show but seats are limited, purchase tickets HERE.
The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative is also still accepting applications for models and escorts for the fundraiser. Participation in the fashion show is free. Interested parties can call or stop by the Sarah Street office to apply. Applications will be accepted until Saturday, October 8.
The Metamorphosis Women’s Empowerment Initiative, founded by Charece N. Sanders, is a multi-faceted community-based organization in Stroudsburg, PA, established to build a multitude of relationships fashioned to enhance “the womanly Experience.” Their Community Outreach Projects were established to build relationships with community organizations to assist in constructing pathways to better and safer lifestyles for low-income communities. The mission of the Metamorphosis women’s empowerment initiative is to catalyze positive change, and to empower, support, and encourage the advancement of women of multiple generations, ethnicities, socioeconomic statuses, and educational backgrounds.
