East Stroudsburg, PA | On Saturday, October 29, the Proverbs 31 Influencer’s network will host its Self-care for the soul women’s conference from 11 AM to 4 PM at Pinebrook Conference Center in East Stroudsburg.

The Self-care for the soul women’s conference is an opportunity for women to deeply reflect & connect with their body, mind, and soul. It is intended to help women understand emotional and nutritional self-care and how it relates to soul care. Connect with like-minded women who are on the same journey of self-care and learn to self-care as you age. The conference will host 3 speakers. Speaking first on Nutritional Wellness is Toniann Marinucci. Next up is Prunella Harris on emotional wellness. Rounding out the speakers is Analesse Nieves on spiritual wellness.
