Muffley received charges for allegedly committing crimes of (1 count) Felony Stalking (F3), (1 count) Criminal Use of a Communication Facility (F3), (2 counts) Terroristic Threats (M1), (1 count) Harassment (M3), and PFA arrest violation for a restraining order.
Brian Muffley, a 6ft, 250lb, 45-year-old white male, considered highly dangerous, is no longer a threat to the public and is awaiting arraignment for his crimes at Monroe County Correctional Facility (MCCF). Thanks to the efforts of multiple local police departments, Muffley was apprehended without any incident. The local police departments who assisted in the capture of Muffley include Stroudsburg Area Regional Police, Pocono Township Police Department, and other local departments.
